I Needed To Win The Day!


 


I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of going through my day scattered brained, empty-headed, forgetful, careless and so much more.


I was encouraged to read a book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.


Thank God I did.


I knew i couldn't wait another day letting my life outperform me.



I needed to win the day! When I started upgrading my mornings, it totally transformed my life.

Here's what my Morning Life looks like...(At least 60 minutes of "Me Time" everyday!)

  • Clarity (30-45 mins)...

    • I actually set a timer...It really helps

    • I don't check emails, messages, or social media...I'm literally on Airplane Mode

  • Stretch (3-10 mins)

    • Focus on a clean & fresh mind with no distractions

  • Verse of the Day (10 mins)

    • Bible App

  • Meditation & Journaling (2-5 mins)

    • Things I'm grateful for and manifesting

  • Watch Youtube Videos & Listen to Music (5-8 mins)

    • A variety of uplifting &/or motivational content

It's not about the routine itself. It's about focusing and priming myself for a day of success.


It's all about experimenting, adjusting and repeating.


Work on You. For You.


You're the only person you're gonna spend the rest of your Life with. So, go out there and Master (Own) your Morning!!!
